Me, to Full Tilt Poker:

Dear Full Tilt Support,

I understand that soliciting other players for money is a no-no, but I would like to say that I was in no way serious about this comment that I made. The comment was made in jest, as there were several other people at the table that I know. If you take a look at my account, I have absolutely no need to borrow $5 from anyone.

Could you please provide the tournament name and number that this took place in?

Thank You

Their reply:

Hello Ian,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

We understand and appreciate your circumstances.

We have reviewed the table chat for the tournament, it was a 50 FTP satellite to the $750k Guarantee, and we were unable to find any relevant situation in which this comment could have been made in jest.

That being said, please know that we take solicitation, even in jest, very seriously, and have a zero tolerance policy.

We’ve reinstated your chat privileges at this time.

Any further instances of solicitation (even in jest), will result in your chat privileges being revoked again, possibly indefinitely.

If there’s anything else we can help you with, please feel free to ask. We’re always here to help.

Best regards,

Nic

I guess it’s not really a “zero tolerance policy” now, is it?
